ATTORNEY TIMOTHY D. SULLIVAN
Atty. Sullivan concentrates is practice in the areas of estates, trusts, fiduciary litigation and elder law. His clientele include individuals, professional trustees, guardians, executors, nursing homes and assisted living facilities. Atty. Sullivan is active in the legal profession. He chairs the Uniform Trust Code sub-committee of the Massachusetts Bar Association and has recently been appointed as a member of the Probate Council for the third year in a row. He is a past-president and currently director of the Merrimack Valley Estate Planning Council. In addition, he is a member of the Probate Litigation Committee for the Massachusetts Bar Association, the American Inn of Probate and Family Court, the Elder Law, Estate Planning and Probate Law Section of the New Hampshire Bar Association, the Essex County Bar Association, and the Real Estate Bar Association. He is admitted to all Massachusetts and New Hampshire Courts and to the Federal Courts in Massachusetts and New Hampshire. Locally, he is a member, a past-president, and past Kiwanian of the Year of the Greater Lawrence Kiwanis Club; a member of the Lawrence Elks and the Holy Family Men’s Guild. Atty. Sullivan is available to speak on issues regarding wills, trusts, fiduciary litigation and elder law. Recent presentations include speaking at the annual meeting of the Massachusetts Bar Association about the Uniform Trust Code, to the Merrimack Valley Estate Planning Council regarding the Uniform Principal and Income Act, on a local television program regarding Estate Planning. He is scheduled to speak the Merrimack Valley Estate Planning Council regarding the Uniform Probate Code in October.
ATTORNEY DEBORAH A. BAGLIO
Atty. Baglio is a First Vice-President (President-Elect) of the Merrimack Valley Estate Planning Council, a member of the National Academy of Elder Law Attorneys, and the Justinian Law Society. Atty. Baglio serves on the Planned Giving Sub-Committee of the Lowell General Hospital. Atty. Baglio has published several articles in the elder law field and often appears as a speaker on elder law and Medicaid issues. Prior to joining the firm in 1997, Ms. Baglio worked at the Department of Revenue and at the office of Attorney Ann Baum.
